I have a found a new addiction to crepes. This is not good at all because all I’ve been doing lately is baking & eating… and more baking & eating.
I remember when I first heard about crepes and just looking at them made me sick. They looked all floppy and soft so of course I never even bother to try them. Sweet baby Jesus what was I thinking?!
I’m somewhat of a picky person. Okay, I’m picky beyond how any anyone should ever be picky. Took me years to actually try them and when I did, let’s just say I had regretted past decisions. 😭
Enough whining about the past, here’s the delicious recipe.
Easy Blender Crepes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup flour
Make It
- Put it ALL in the blender on medium speed until you get a nice creamy consistency.
- Using a large sifter, sift out your batter onto a bowl so that are no lumps.
- Add a bit of butter onto a nonstick pan or skillet.
- Add small amount of your batter and swirl around to form a nice big, even circle.
- Wait about 2 mins before flipping over to the other side.
*Makes about 6 large crepes.
Easy! I love just throwing it in the blender so I don’t have to sit there and whisk my life away.
This is a perfect Valentine’s breakfast recipe for the whole fam!
You can swirl Nutella on the inside on the crepes, throw some strawberries inside, roll it up and swirl some chocolate on top. You can add whipped cream with more fruit on top or let your creativity run loose. Don’t forget to top with a bit of powdered sugar!
